Kashmiri Curry: Spiced Naan

Just because...I love curry :) This was a kashmiri curry with naan bread. It was a really nice one where you dry roasted the herbs and then ground them in a mortar and pestle. It created a beautiful aroma in the kitchen. Makes the cooking experience all that more worth while!
